Enhancements
If you have been charged with any of the following crimes and are requesting your mandatory court appearance to be waived because you live OUT OF THE AREA, you will need to submit the Non-Appearance Rights form, along with the proper enhancement. You will be held responsible for understanding the information in these forms. Please make sure you read them before you sign.
Speeding in a School Zone is not mandatory, but you do need to fill the form out and return it along with the proper bail amount. Please refer to the bail schedule.
You will need to refer to the bail schedule to determine the amount of bail that will need to be sent along with the forms. If your offense is not found on the schedule, please contact the court.
