Washington County is offering a new Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Service through BillTrax for your property tax bills. We are inviting & encouraging you to login and register on the BillTrax platform. It is an end-to-end billing solution which is simple, yet secure and user-friendly.

BillTrax offering includes:
- Bills available Online: The same bills that are printed and mailed will now be available online to you.
- E-Bills will be sent via email notification: You can login to BillTrax and OPT-IN to select to receive e-bills.
- Bill Presentment: You will have the ability to view, download, print bills, and print payment confirmation from the portal.
- Payment reminders: Sent electronically to you via email or SMS (text) to avoid missed payments.
- Quick Pay: Feature to quickly pay bills.
- Multiple Payment Methods: Pay bills using Credit, Debit, or e-check (ACH), etc.
- Multiple Bills can be paid under one transaction.
- Auto Pay & Installment Payments are available.
- QR Code: Scan the QR code on bills using your mobile device to pay the bill.
- Text 2 Pay: You can receive a text message to click a link to pay the bill.
- Request to Pay: You can receive an email with a button or link to pay the bill.
- Address Change Requests: Citizens will now be able to send their change requests via the portal.
- Auto Bill Pay will be enabled for next year’s property taxes.
- Recurring Payments will be a future feature.
